Little Pink Houses

... Or some not so little houses, but rather impressive in both size and design. I took these photos while on vacation this past week in South Carolina. I'm always attracted to colorful houses... especially pink since it's my favorite color... and the bright exteriors give a house personality and charm. And nobody does charm better than the south!
This Victorian house is a bed & breakfast in Beaufort, S.C.

A classical pink house in Charleston.

A quaint townhouse on a cobblestone street in Charleston.

Perhaps the most famous house on Rainbow Row. Everytime we walked by someone was taking a photograph.

Quite possibly the most luxurious pink house I've ever seen. The double piazza overlooks the Charleston bay. It's hard to imagine living in a house like this.

Who said Italianate doesn't come in pink?

A pink house transformed into an art gallery on Sullivan's Island. Inside you will find works by Andy Warhol!
